Joe Radinovich Announced as
Principal at Apparatus

Radinovich joins the Minneapolis-based public affairs firm to expand

scope of strategic political, policy, and communications services

Minneapolis, MN – January 6, 2020: Apparatus GBC (, a public affairs firm specializing in political, policy, and communications strategies that advance the common good, announced today the addition of Joe Radinovich as a principal at the company.

Radinovich is well known for his extensive political and campaign experience including previously serving as the youngest member of the Minnesota House of Representatives representing his home district in north central Minnesota, serving as campaign manager to Congressman Rick Nolan and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (for whom he subsequently served as Chief of Staff), and running as the Democratic Party's nominee for United States Congress in one of the most closely watched races in the country in 2018. He currently serves as executive director for the Minnesota Hemp Association, a role he will continue as Apparatus' cannabis division, Blunt Strategies (, assumes full management of the Association, including its strategic communications and government relations.
